Amid the shocking emergence of the worldwide COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, women business owners have faced the challenges head on. We quickly sought resources to soften the blow of our society coming to a halt. We then pivoted, shifted, restructured and made some tough decisions about our futures. The IAAM Conference has functioned as a sanctuary from the normal challenges women business owners face as it is an experience like no other. The IAAM platform that focuses not only on building better businesses, but most importantly, to elevate the woman behind the business.
